Sales Representative

A sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable communicating with prospective customers over the phone, over email and in person. You will also be working with channel partners, generating interest in company products, qualifying prospects and closing sales. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity for significant personal and professional growth with a company that is a leader in one of the most exciting business sectors in the United States and abroad.

Responsibilities

Must possess required knowledge and skill set to be able to explain and demonstrate with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

● Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
● Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails
● Understand customer needs and requirements
● Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
● Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
● Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
● Maintain and expand your database of prospects
● Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
● Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or equivalent
● Two (2) years of related sales experience
● Although not required, experience in the agricultural or construction space a plus

●Track record of over-achieving quotas
● Strong phone presence and experience handling multiple calls per day
● Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
● Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Strong listening and presentation skills
● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
