Since the first drones began arriving at North Dakota's Air Force
Bases in 2005, the state's wide-open spaces and industrious spirit
have made it a hotbed for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) development.
Botlink was founded in Fargo, North Dakota, by military pilots and engineers intent on safely sharing the benefits of drones with the State's 40,000 farms and ranches.
With roots in a farming community,
Botlink knows agriculture.
Terri Zimmerman has over 20 years of experience developing, incubating and commercializing software, networking and semiconductor technologies. She has raised over $500 million in capital to launch new products and services in global markets and has led companies through significant revenue growth, successful public offerings and acquisitions. Terri has also been appointed to a state economic development board by the Governor of North Dakota.
Alex leads Botlink’s strategic initiatives within the UAV industry. Alex has 2,000 hours of operational experience as an MQ-1 Predator drone sensor operator and he has been a professional software developer for over a decade. His extensive experience with UAVs, along with a strong technical background in computer science allows him to successfully lead development of new technologies for the commercial UAV industry.
Andrew Paulsen leads the team of engineers developing new products and technology at Botlink. Paulsen has extensive research, testing and product development expertise in the power field, including solar-powered vehicles, battery charging and motor controls.
Brandon Hass guides the software development team at Botlink to deliver reliable software with a focus on customer usability. Brandon has over 10 years of software development and management experience that includes co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Eyelation, Inc.
